LDA - is a mechanism in the injection pump Tdi, which allows you to limit the amount of fuel at low revs, and the absence or low pressure boost.

Your pump must have the square diaphragm housing as shown in the picture below. Some later 300 Tdi’s have electronic control and must only be tuned by electronics like a plug in chip.
