TREKFINDER fuel cap cover for Land Rover Defender up to 2016

The sunken fuel filler neck without a flap is such a typical Defender detail from a completely different era. Where Otto Normal shakes his head, the Landy enthusiast is happy about the peculiarity and thinks about how the obvious disadvantages of the construction can be eliminated with a small mod. We had such a sensible modification for a long time under the name Defendoor from the Czech Republic.
Unfortunately, since the Czech company and its product no longer exist, but there is still a great need for tank covers for the Landy, we have teamed up with the specialists from TREKFINDER and revived the product.
The ingeniously simple cap is guaranteed to keep moisture, snow, ice, salt, splashing water, mud and dust away from the tank neck and it also looks good. The cover for the body opening is made of high-quality, slightly flexible plastic and is held securely in place by the circumferential groove. No screws, rivets or moving parts for installation. When refueling, simply push against it and loosen the cap. The plastic is UV and temperature resistant and guarantees a long service life and consistent material properties.
