With our patented semi-bolt in design, you can have hydraulic bump stops installed on your off-road monster or tourer in a matter of hours. Hydraulic bump stops are superior to regular rubber bump stops because of the progressive way the hydraulic bump stop works. While rubber bump stops are progressive, they have a fixed rate and become hard and brittle over time, resulting in a harsh engagement of the bump stop. Hydraulic bump stops can be adjusted (via gas pressure) to have different compression rates. And because the pressure is lower at engagement and then builds during compression, they offer a much smoother ride. The kit comes with all the parts you need to install it, all you need is a grinder, welder and some basic hand tools to complete the installation.
