Upper control arms are made from high tensile bar stock. Finished in a zinc anti-corrosion finish and fitted with polyurethane bushings. When the vehicle is lifted, the pinion needs to be corrected to stop rear shaft vibration, to do this an adjustable upper control arm is recommended. The fuel tank will hit a standard type adjustable control arm, so Superior Engineering developed this offset adjustable upper control arm. Superior Engineering also uses ITS Seal Technology on internally threaded adjustable rods to prevent corrosion and rust. The specially machined seal groove and hydraulic seal create a perfect pressure tight seal, giving you peace of mind when off-roading.
