Bushings for off-road modifications
Do you hear knocking in the suspension of your car? Do you feel like you're driving a boat because of the increased weight? Perhaps it's time to replace your old rubber bushings. OFD comes to the rescue by busting myths about the discomfort and hardness of polyurethane suspension. OFD bushings are adjusting the stiffness and characteristics of the system to the weight increased by the mods. Their hardness is matched to the extra pounds, allowing the suspension and steering to work properly. The kit replaces factory bushings, which may be too soft.
Factory doesn't mean better
Polyurethane bushings from OFD, are a great replacement for rubber factory parts. They will improve the handling of your car and increase stiffness only where needed. Suspension geometry will remain set throughout the whole wheel travel in any given situation. They feature resistance to oils, solvents, gasoline and 10% acid solutions. By opting for polyurethane bushings, you increase comfort and safety while driving and can extend the life of suspension components.

Notes:
Proper installation requires the use of generous amounts of silicone-based grease with a PTFE additive. We do not recommend using any lithium or molly-based grease as they tend to dry out the polyurethane resulting in cracks and premature wear
