Our technical department's objective was to manufacture a complete line that would eliminate the entire Sprinter's anti-pollution system without affecting reliability, while improving mechanical efficiency.
Equipped in this way, this vehicle, designed primarily for frequent travelers, can travel on all continents without the inherent limitations of the particulate filter and Ad Blue.
Eliminating only the DPFS and the muffler from the Ad Blue system would mean having a free exhaust, which is detrimental to torque and turbo life.
To remedy this and maintain good backpressure at the turbo outlet, we have equipped our line with a deflected muffler just after the defap, followed by a second absorption muffler. This system allows the engine to breathe better, improves performance and offers a very beautiful and unobtrusive acoustic quality, free from any sound disturbance.
This exhaust system has been designed as a set of 3 inseparable parts. Reprogramming of the electronic box is indispensable, use prohibited on open road.
