Take advantage of space on your tailgate that would otherwise be lost with this Tailgate Storage Mod from Huracan Fabrication. Made of laser-cut steel for secure attachment to the tailgate. You can use the extra space, for example, for recovery tools or spare parts.
You will need to install this storage space yourself, which will require removing some metal from your tailgate. To help you, we provide step-by-step instructions and a template to clarify what material you need to remove. This can be done with iron shears, a jigsaw or angle grinder.
As standard, the kit is delivered with a black powder-coated finish and includes all materials required for installation. The delivery also includes sound-absorbing foam to prevent disturbing noises and damage to the interior of your tailgate.
The optional protective layer (Cover Protector) consists of tough polycarbonate, the material that cutting boards are made of. This layer is highly recommended if you often carry heavy objects in and out of your car, often stand on your tailgate or use it for cooking.
The Marine Carpet finish is also optional.
