Manufactured from 4mm thick structural steel plate. Shot-blasted and powder-coated using double-layer technology with texture and anti-corrosion primer class 5. Screwed into the factory holes in the vehicle frame. No drilling or welding required. Additional holes in the plate prevent overheating of drive components and facilitate mud removal. Combines with other HC covers to form a solid underbody protection. Weight approx. 14.9 kg.
