Shot-blasted and powder-coated using double layer technology with texture and anti-corrosion primer class 5. Screwed into the factory holes in the vehicle frame. No drilling or welding required. Additional holes in the plate prevent overheating of the drive components and facilitate mud removal. Important here are the cut-outs under the front diff. Has a hole for draining oil from the engine. Combines with the other HC covers to form a solid underbody protection. Weight approx. 20.9 kg.

It also covers the lower edge of the bumper and reinforces the very weak radiator bar.The front attachment of this cover is also a reinforcement of this bar.
