Direct exhaust replaces the original muffler. Saves weight and space.
Can be combined with or without the original pollution control system (DPFS + Ad Blue).
Little or no change in sound when the entire pollution control system remains in place.
Sound more present once the pollution control system is removed. In this case, if the DPFS has been removed: at a minimum, it is essential to fit our AD Blue suppressor with muffler (FORD112) to maintain a reasonable sound level and quality.
