859 :

Our “859” drive flange is to replace the later type of thin flange as fitted to the 300 TDi, TD5 and TDCi engined vehicles.

These replace the Landrover part number FTC859 which supercedes to RUC105200.  Note the price is for a pair of these flanges.

Supplied with gaskets and circlips.

Please note the original later drive flanges are designed to run in a ‘dry, non-lubricated’ condition and because of this they are prone to the spline wearing from ‘fretting / corrosion’ leading to failure. We believe they benefit from regular inspection and lubrication.  If fitting on the rear we recommend you remove the oil seal on the halfshaft to aid lubrication.

5806 :

Our part number “5806” drive flange.  This flange is to replace the earlier thicker flange as fitted to the early 90 and 110’s.  These replace the Landrover part number FRC5806,

5806M :
Our part number “5806/M”

If you have a Range rover classic or early Disco 1 you will have the one piece (10 spline) shaft and (thick) flange. If you want to fit heavy duty halfshafts to this axle you will need this type of flange which looks just like the “5806” but the bolt hole PCD, bolt hole diameter and the location diameter are all slightly different.
