Fitting a compressor in modern vehicles has become increasingly challenging as engine bays become narrower and allow minimal space for any additional accessories.
Solution
ARB engineers have taken up this challenge and exceeded the scope of the brief by producing a solution of locally manufactured brackets to securely house an ARB CKMA12 or CKMTA12 single air compressor behind the rear seat of the vehicle. In addition, this solution allows remote mounting of ARB Air Locker and LINX Vehicle Accessory Interface solenoids next to the compressor.
