DINITROL 8520 Lacquer Spray black, semi-gloss is a quick-drying 1-c acrylic lacquer with high opacity.

Vehicle sector, industry, household. Partial lacquer ing of metallic surfaces such as iron and non-ferrous metals, plastics, ceramics, wood, etc. New paintwork on goods vehicle steel rims.
Method of Use:
The substrate must be clean and free from grease, dust and rust. Old and cracked paints must be removed. Lacquer and paint residue in good condition must be matt burnished. In the case of absorptive substrates, such as wood, a porefiller must be applied beforehand in order to prevent lacquer binding agent from spreading to the substrate. A fine spray lacquer pre-coat can also be applied to seal absorptive surfaces.
Before use, shake the can (1−2 mins) until the mixing ball can clearly be heard.
Apply the material in an even cross coat. For small surfaces, the product can also be sprayed in a circular movement. The product should be sprayed at a distance of 20 −30 cm. In order to prevent any blockages, hold the can downwards after use and briefly spray pure gas. Depending on temperature, humidity and coat thickness, the product is touch-dry after approx.
20−30 minutes.
