The RSI SmartCap™ Fixed Deck Roof Rack combines the utility of a large open area with the versatility of perimeter rails with endless possibilities for additional tie-down points. In addition, the outer edges and the sleepers integrate a "T" slot to be able to mount any accessory on the roof rack.
